"State Farm is amazing ! I have been with them for years . They are a large company; however they connect with you on a personal level and make you feel you as if your there only customer . Their service team is awesome. Today I had a couple questions about making adjustments to my policy / account . However , I was in back to back meetings at work. They emailed everything in great detail . Then offered to call me at a time that worked best for me to ensure I had no questions or concerns . Then they followed up in email for my reference. Service is missing from so many companies . However, Alecia Francis sets the standard on what excellent service looks like ! I encourage you to give them a try ! Date of post 4/27/2026."
